Seafood Boils

Laissez Les Bons Temps Roules....

(“Let the good times roll!”)

The Seafood Boil is a favorite south Louisiana treat. Fresh shrimp, crabs, and crawfish, or any combination, simple and unadorned, piled high and steaming on a newspaper covered table.

(Crawfish are like teeny lobsters) They get all boiled up with red potatoes, andouille sausages, onions, corn on the cob and garlic in a special broth and seasonings.

All are cooked on site in our special "boilin' pots and served with bowls of butter for dipping, warm crusty French bread and Caesar Salad.

We’ll also bring our Zydeco Music collection to help you set the mood. Zydeco is music genre with Cajun/Creole influence (actually with a French origin) think fiddles, accordions, percussion, very folk danceable!
