My wedding is in July so I am starting to feel the time

crunch and I’m really getting excited! As I move closer to my date I am

starting to rely more and more on my vendors and without question Lynn has been the

most supportive, responsive and helpful of anyone I have worked with so far.

I would highly recommend her. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about

Lynn. Working with her has been such an outstanding experience! She is the

only one of my vendors who emails me back promptly EVERY time, she is always

prepared to answer all of my questions, and even anticipates EVERY detail of the

event before I can even ask! She has gone above and beyond on every aspect of

the planning. She never hesitates to meet with me when I want to go over

details, she staged a private tasting for my fiancé and our family where she

personally delivered all the wedding food to our house, she helped me find a

seamstress to make my table runners, helped me secure my table and lien rentals, and

more.

Lynn always makes me feel like I am her most important client. Not only

is Lynn absolutely wonderful and reliable but her food is outstanding!!!

Everyone (even my very picky fiancé) RAVED about the food! My fiancé said it was some of the best tri-tip steak he has ever had, and coming from him that says a lot!

She thinks of every detail, including special sauces, herbed butter and

Specialty drinks like sweet tea (we are doing a BBQ theme for the wedding). We

liked it so much we asked her to cater our rehearsal dinner too! We are doing a

Luau theme for the rehearsal and she had some great menu ideas and even

thought of every detail right down to the tropical cutlery wraps, to the flower

leis. When you work with Lynn, you basically get a party planner as well.

 

I am so glad to have the chance to sing her praises, I would HIGHLY recommend Lynn to any Bride. Hiring her was one of the best planning decisions I have made! Lynn has also worked with my Mom in the past catering corporate events, I have seen her in action and you won’t find a better caterer anywhere!

Who knew that a flooded basement would result in the amazing party you and your staff put together for the kids. 8 Days, 1200 people..that's a pretty tall order but you made it seem easy and you really seem to love what you do. Thank you again for everything and we hope you will help us again next year (we promise, more notice!)

Lynn & staff,

We are still laughing about all the fun we had at our Murder Mystery last week. Honestly, my face hurt!! We have never had so much fun "playing" The food was awesome and we so appreciated being able to leave at the end, knowing you and your staff would make quick work of the mess and you did (we got our full deposit back..thank you) We're already making plans for next year; I think we want to do the pirate one.

Dear Lynn,

 

           Thank you for the fantastic housewarming party. Your staff kept every thing flowing and buffet that you put out was to die for. I have been to plenty of events with the standard fare of rubber chicken and peanut sauce. Your spread was far above what you would normally expect. It was really nice, all we had to do is mingle with our guests and you and your staff took care of everything else. We couldn’t have asked for more.

It was an intimate wedding of family and friends, but there was nothing small about the elegant food prepared for our reception by Lake Street Catering!  Our venue was small but they managed to set up and serve an expansive spread for our guests. Everyone raved about the food and seemed to love every moment and we were able to relax and enjoy the party as well.

Dear Lynn,

 

          A Super bowl party to remember. The seafood boil that you put on for me and my 25 guests was out of this world. We could have been in New Orleans it was so authentic. From the potatoes to the corn on the cob the andouille sausage and finally the mixture of spices, crawfish, shrimp, and crab done to perfection. Served in traditional southern fashion, poured out on butcher paper on the dining room table for all to feast on. This made all my past attempts look futile by comparison. We would like to make this an annual event.
